We’re looking for a skilled NetSuite System Administrator to play a crucial role in maximizing the benefits of the NetSuite platform, ensuring its smooth operation, adaptability to evolving needs, and alignment with business objectives. Daily tasks will involve the intricate configuration and upkeep of the software, enabling Gallery to optimize its workflow and reach business objectives.

This role demands remarkable versatility, merging the qualities of a sharp business expert with those of a tech specialist. A successful candidate should be well-versed in utilizing NetSuite’s native tools to craft, integrate, and maintain dashboards that perform at the highest level, tailored to the unique needs of the business. The role includes ensuring the seamless functioning of the backend, translating complex technicalities into a user-friendly, customizable, and accessible dashboard, providing ongoing technical support to all team members, and maintaining a solid understanding of industry trends.

The System Administrator reports to the Vice President of Operations

Responsibilities:

  • As a System Administrator, you will play a vital part in managing our ERP system, as well as other integrations within our tech stack.
  • Your responsibilities include supporting users, customizations, and integrations within the ERP environment.
  • Work with a dynamic team of professionals across Accounting, Purchasing, Inventory/Logistics, and Production to develop custom processes and reports that meet emerging needs and streamline decision-making.
  • Stay updated with the latest NetSuite features and supply chain trends to recommend improvements.
  • Develop, document, and create formal policies, procedures, and protocols for changes, customization, standards, usage, etc.

What we’re looking for:

  • Customize and configure NetSuite based on the organization’s needs, ensuring it aligns with business processes and requirements.
  • Administer user accounts, roles, and access permissions. Ensure proper security settings and manage user roles to control access to sensitive data.
  • Implement and manage integrations with other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between NetSuite and other applications.
  • Design, create, and maintain dashboards for different departments within the organization. Provide actionable insights through data visualization.
  • Develop and maintain workflows to automate business processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual tasks.
  • Perform routine system maintenance tasks, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the system is up to date with the latest releases and patches.
  • Oversee data migration and maintain data integrity. Develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Provide support to end-users, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and conducting training sessions to enhance user proficiency.
  • Utilize SuiteScript and JavaScript to create custom scripts for specific functionalities or enhancements.
  • Generate and customize reports to meet the reporting needs of various stakeholders, providing insights into key performance indicators.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align NetSuite functionalities accordingly.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvement, optimization, and efficiency enhancements, and implement changes as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience as a NetSuite Administrator
  • Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator is required.
  • Project management, system implementation and system integration experience
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite’s functionalities, including inventory, procurement, and production management.
  • Familiarity with scripting and APIs for NetSuite integration
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Experience within Netsuite Advanced Manufacturing a plus
  • NetSuite Administrator certification is a plus

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per year (Commensurate with Experience)
