Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Project Engineer to join our team and play a key role in the design and development of autonomous stores. The Project Engineer will be responsible for creating detailed architectural and construction drawings using Revit software. This individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural and construction drawings for autonomous stores using Revit software.
• Design medium voltage (120V) electrical systems for residential or commercial spaces within autonomous store projects.
• Create electrical blueprints and ensure compliance with electrical codes and standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and assist in procurement activities.
• Utilize Revit to design HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems for autonomous store projects.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors to incorporate technical components into designs.
• Conduct design reviews and participate in project meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the construction and implementation phases.
• Assist in troubleshooting design issues and proposing effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project designs and revisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (required).
• Professional experience using Revit for architectural and MEP design, with proficiency in electrical systems design.
• Experience in creating electrical blueprints and designing medium voltage (120V) systems within residential or commercial spaces.
• Proficiency in creating Bills of Materials (BOMs) and material take-offs.
• Strong understanding of HVAC and MEP systems design principles.
• Experience with autonomous store technologies or similar innovative projects is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in mobile merchandising, retail design, or construction industry.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Problem-solving skills and proactive approach to resolving technical challenges.
• Familiarity with BIM 360, BIM Collaborate, or Autodesk Vault a plus
