Responsibilities
- Design, implement and optimize a framework that unites marketing, sales, business development, and sales support functions.
- Provide day to day support for each of these functions, helping them execute their roles to the best of their abilities.
- Assess deals in the pipeline for suitability and margin.
- Develop a new framework for Sales / Business Development to qualify standard and custom projects.
- Track, measure, and report the team's performance against key company metrics.
- Work hand-in-hand with the Operations lead to successfully complete contracted projects.
- Report performance and KPIs to the executive team.
- Identify and implement technologies that increase the performance of the team, and / or the organization.
- Create appropriate ways for the team to manage Client communication throughout the sales process, AND the full lifecycle of the product.
Experience
- 5+ years in a revenue operations role.
- Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing, production, architecture, or similar environment.
- 3+ years in relevant marketing, ideally managing both internal & external marketing resources.
- Worked with Clients over a long period of time, requiring lasting relationships.
- Demonstrable success in similar roles and projects.
