    Vice President of Revenue Operations

Job Description

Reporting directly to the company President, and in partnership with the head of Operations,
this newly created role will oversee all Sales & Marketing functions at Gallery Carts. You will be
expected to grow the team, create and own ways of working, as well as manage the
individuals on a day-to-day basis. Success would be a combination of a happy, high-performing
revenue team that is bringing the right types of deals to the organization while driving business

For more than 40 years, Gallery has been the leading manufacturer of custom and standard
mobile, modular merchandising kiosks. Based in Denver, Colorado, the family-run company has
produced more than 30,000 carts for over 5,000 venues in 50 states and around the world. As a
member of the Gallery team you will help build on our history of delivering quality solutions to
our customers, driving our business success by making our customers successful.

In this role you will implement new processes and measurements for the existing team, and
then grow the team based on these. The right candidate will need to have significant
experience in a revenue operations role, driving efficiency and accountability. Gallery is
a manufacturing company, and so manufacturing experience is critical. Experience in managing
the sales process through recent global supply chain issues would be an excellent bonus to
your application.

This role will be based in our Denver office / manufacturing location.

The Details


  • Design, implement and optimize a framework that unites marketing, sales, business development, and sales support functions.
  • Provide day to day support for each of these functions, helping them execute their roles to the best of their abilities.
  • Assess deals in the pipeline for suitability and margin.
  • Develop a new framework for Sales / Business Development to qualify standard and custom projects.
  • Track, measure, and report the team's performance against key company metrics.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Operations lead to successfully complete contracted projects.
  • Report performance and KPIs to the executive team.
  • Identify and implement technologies that increase the performance of the team, and / or the organization.
  • Create appropriate ways for the team to manage Client communication throughout the sales process, AND the full lifecycle of the product.


  • 5+ years in a revenue operations role.
  • Experience in a similar role in a manufacturing, production, architecture, or similar environment.
  • 3+ years in relevant marketing, ideally managing both internal & external marketing resources.
  • Worked with Clients over a long period of time, requiring lasting relationships.
  • Demonstrable success in similar roles and projects.
