Your Role as an Account Executive:
As a member of our Sales team, you will be pivotal in maintaining and driving business revenue. You will work directly with clients to understand their goals and needs, recommending products that maximize value and turning leads into long-lasting partnerships. With your extensive product knowledge and industry experience, you will help develop sales strategies and establish quotas.
This position reports to the Vice President of Revenue, Operations and is positioned on the Sales & Design team.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop, and sell new integrated business partnerships to achieve sales goals.
- Align and execute sales goals effectively.
- Maintain organized reporting documents and develop a new revenue pipeline.
- Present sales pipeline to senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Stay current on all Gallery products and industry trends, effectively comparing them with competitors.
- Provide weekly status reports on business development and administrative actions.
- Network and build relationships while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Achieve established sales goals and budgets.
- Support clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure satisfaction.
- Present and demonstrate the value of our products and services.
- Analyze data to identify trends.
- Develop sales strategies and set quotas.
- Maintain a database of contact information.
- Build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle complaints and negotiations.
- Exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills in a multi-tasking environment.
- Be dynamic, forward-thinking, analytical, and well-organized with strategic thinking and planning skills.
- Demonstrate strong selling skills with proven experience in pitch and strategic positioning.
What We Are Looking For:
- An adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
- Passionate about client relations and enhancing the buyer experience.
- Organized and detail oriented with a knack for managing multiple opportunities concurrently.
Required Skills:
- B.S. in Business or related field.
2-4 years in F&B or related industry (i.e., sports & entertainment, concessionaire). - Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Comprehensive and current knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and understand client needs.
Strong negotiation and time management skills.
Compensation:
Salary: $77,000 – $85,000 per year with on-target earnings of $105,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience.

Hybrid with 3-4 days in office at our headquarters located in Denver, Colorado.
