Talking with the Denver Business Journal

It was great to catch up with Ed Sealover of the Denver Business Journal to talk about the introduction of our new Gallery Electric Vehicles and the need for creative, new foodservice solutions this fall.

Ed’s insight is spot on: “Maybe, just maybe, if there is a product that is the sign of these times, it is an electric-powered mobile food cart designed to eliminate crowding in places like university food halls and restaurants.”

Facility managers and purveyors need to be able to serve customers where they are, at any time, with maximum flexibility so they can follow new foot traffic patterns. Embry-Riddle is a great example:

“Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University’s campus in Arizona got the first three such battery-powered carts, and they were able to drive them to where students were coming out of class — a particular boon at a time where there are limitations on dining inside of a cafeteria. Word spread quickly to other schools, and Gallery is booked up through next month to get new carts to schools across the country.”
